With every breath I wish your body will be broken again...

So the past few days have been pretty good, if by pretty good you mean that people eavesdrop, form their own (false)assumptions, and tell everyone wrong information because they think they're doing something good. If anyone is actually interested in knowing the TRUTH, they are more than welcome to read on ( Read more... )

-Regarding your argument(s) with Jess Foley at the party, I was not present at the time, but according to what I heard from everyone else the next morning, she was being reasonably quiet, while you were loud and obnoxious, and playing a guitar of all things. Again, I was not personally there, but according to everyone I talked to the next day, she was definitely much less of a problem than you were ( ... )

Perhaps talking would be good, Jim - because, while I am not venturing to say that your (you and the rest of the hall) opinions are entirely wrong, I will say that they are completly based on assumptions, misconceptions, and misunderstandings ( ... )

Lastly, why should Ian need to guard his speech so carefully in his own room? While he was speaking at a normal volume, what gave you and Jess the license to act upon his words? The least you could have done was consult us before taking any actions. This entire situation could easy have been avoided had you simply asked us what/who we were discussing. However, because you made false assumptions, this has been blown entirely out of proportion. This situation concerned me and my feelings towards and action taken by my roommate. It did *not* concern the rest of the hall and all of Megan's friends. The entire hall seems to have a problem with the fact that Ian and sometimes whisper at meals. Apparently, that means that we are talking about all of you (false assumption, again... I assure you we are not). Would you have prefered that day that we sat on Ian's bed whispering about the situation? I thought that I was free to speak at a normal volume without having my conversation taken into the hands of those it does not concern. I guess I ( ... )

Jim again,
I don't really care about any of this, the main concern remains: you were talking about doing something that would hurt one of my friends, and after talking to several other people about it, we decided to inform them. When we left the room, I didn't run off and tell Megan and Jess what you guys had said. We went to lunch and talked it over with people, and decided it was probable enough that you two were being serious to warn them. By the time I said anything to either of them, you two weren't around. If you were, I would have talked to you about it.
