Bennies Go Home!

Okay, it has come to my attention that there are suprising amount of people, especially Jersey Shore locals, that don't know what bennies are. In my opinion, it should be illegal to live south of the Raritan River and NOT know what a benny is, but I guess this is just another failure on the part of the modern school systems

Well hello there Ian, It's Marissa. And I must say your Benny description/rant/statements are rather accurate... creepily so. But I must stress one important part of it all, Benny's don't respect the beach, the locals, or other Bennys! So although some locals may slip and say "down the shore" and maybe some unfortunate locals might venture out onto the beach with a t-shirt tan and socks and sneakers... locals respect the beach and other locals. That is why I hate Benny's, so plain and simple a Benny is a jackass on the beach who's as out of place as a fish on a bicycle.

I kinda liked this little thing you had on bennys even tho i once was one myself from Bayonne. It was really informative like I had no idea that Bayonne was the frist letter for the acronym.Pretty cool.Well anyways now that I have lived here for about 4 years and honestly its really annoing when they all come in and invade our little town by ruining our beaches with garbage and dirty baby diapers and take up all the good parking..take over our roads and call us idiots..they totally act as if we dont live here,like this is our vacation.They dont realize that this is our life here. I can understand both sides of the story and sympathize. But I guess in the long run we will all just have to learn to live with each other becuz theyre damn sure not going anywhere and niether are we.
