Oh Joey. I like the details of his classical music and guns! And Henry so wound up.

Thank you for reading and for the feedback!
I loved writing Joey, he is a fun character!
Have you thought of any other ideas for fics, either about Joey or some other character/part of the movie, or something totally AU? I will think of something also.

Joey is fun!

Tell me more about Joey and Loretta Selino? (Salino? How is it spelled, anyway?) Both are deadly, but Joey seems more humane, and has chosen to work with the confidence men. Did they meet? Does Joey think, "There, but for the grace of Gondorff, go I" after he killed Selino? Does he think he's likely to die, as he lived, by the gun?

For that matter, does Joey ever talk to the grifters about the difference between and the morality of the heavy (ie, violent) rackets and the con games? On one hand, brute violence is at least honest. On the other hand, preying on your fellow man's wallet is a lot more civilized than physically hurting him.

Any of those sound good for a story! For this comm. though, does it need to be something that includes Henry and Johnny? I guess maybe they could all be drinking one night telling stories and discussing con vs. enforcement crime, and that can lead to other personal topics?

Oh, poor Henry. He's far too sweet on Johnny here to think straight.

He definitely needs someone to keep his cool. Good thing he's got Joey.

Thank you for reading the story and commenting!
Yes, Henry is the one that seems very vulnerable here. It is a good thing he has Joey, because Johnny's got him kind of off kilter.Well, who can blame Henry for feeling that way?
