That movie is so eerily awful and beautiful. It made me so sad.

I got your message, was the bird cage big? was it an old fashioned one? I've been thinking about canaries lately...I thought maybe it was the british word for goldfinch, but I guess if that bird is a cross between a european finch and a canary then they aren't the same.

the cage is tiny, unfortunately. not old fashioned, just a little white box cage. the poor little bird jumps about like crazy in there and just warbles and sings.
