 I had a lovely walk/sit/think on the canal path/by the river this evening.

I needed it. My head had gotten all jumbled.

And I came back feeling remarkably refreshed and thought I'd probably have a couple good hours of work in me tonight.

And now I've been clobbered with a sinus headache.
