 so the past few days have been okay. i've been recording my blood sugars every time i do one (and i've been doing a lot more of them). that being said, i've just realised i've only done 2 yesterday and none today?! oops.

dave's grandad has between 3 and 6 months. in some ways i think it would be kinder to let him go now - he's in pain, is confused

i'm tempted to get one of those - i have the freestyle lite which probably does it, i'm not sure? i kind of like writing them all down though. i guess it's like the difference between a normal toothbrush and an electric one, if that makes sense :p
