I hope Dave is okay!! Hopefully the new lifestyle will be good for his blood pressure?

i hope so too, and i think it will help. he needs to lose a lot of weight too :\ like 4st. i need to lose, eventually, about 2st, so i think we will be making a real push in the new year to get some of this weight off :)
