Oooh! I definitely want it to be continued! This was just so sad but a good type of sad, the last line was just heart wrenching. As for your chronology, I think it's spot on.

Awww... I liked that little moment between them and how you've explained the Doctor's POV on letting Jack die for him and later abandoning him. Nicely done.
