The only thing I'd say is that the way Nine dealt with Jack had more light hearted innuendo to it.
<< Jack: Aww, sweet, look at these two. How come I never get any of that? The Doctor: Buy me a drink first. Jack: You're such hard work. The Doctor: But worth it. [grins in an extremely self-satisfied way] >>
So while I can hear what you wrote in Nine's voice, the attitude strikes me as more Ten, with his view of Jack as an abomination in the eyes of Time.
it was cause ten is like a little kid all the time anyway, so there is no inner teenager to release! if you get my drift. the abomination in time thing does make sense. i forgot about that.... hmmmm..... never mind eh! and i just couldnt make the thing fit for ten..... my fics with ten are all mushy/smut filled things where ten manages to get round/over his issues......

And on second read, there's not nearly enough dialog for it to be Ten doing the talking. ^__^ So... maybe Nine in one of his less light hearted moods.
