Let's see if they're serious about their bosses giving us an address sometime today like they said in the letter.

I'm really doubtful about it, but at least the letter was polite.

I'm sorry. I didn't mean to be a killjoy, I just thought it might be relevant.

If it makes you feel any better, when I saw there was a response and dug through pages of comments to find your letter, then saw what they wrote to you... I was kinda disheartened too.
