Hello again.

I want to update you on the status of correcting the issues that occurred earlier this week:

First, all journals and communities that were suspended that did not clearly violate community policies have been restored. Over the weekend and into the next couple of weeks we will be doing the following:

If you want to clarify policies then please allow me to help. I would think that a Customer friendly company would not change the way policies are enacted, certainly not after years of doing something entirely different with the exact same policies. Especially not on the complaint of one mostly untrustworthy source. And very especially not after a similar but more thorough complaint was made by a trustworthy party and ignored
