I cannot begin to tell you how completely and breathtakingly beautiful this fic was. There was not a single wasted word. The images were beautiful and the emotion. I'm about to give you my highest compliment - it was unsympathetically sympathetic. There was no point in the story where you told me how to feel, you simply gave me the amazing story with all the beautiful details and let me have my own way with it. I found myself incredibly moved by the simplest lines and I think this is one of the most beautiful pieces of fiction I've ever read. Not FANfiction, fiction period.

Either way, since Shige seems to think the world of her, Massu supposes he might as well like her too.
Lol. They’re so close Massu figures they ought to like the same girl. I love how they only have one fight in their childhood and it’s like they just figured it out. You fight, someone wins but really you both lose so why let it get to you?

And next to Shige's trembling form, he waits. Such childlike devotion. Alskeroiandr And it’s just so Massu, too ( ... )

You already know this, but ajsd;cklj EPIC COMMENT and I'm so happy that the fic touched you. Quotes ftw as usual :D And unsympathetically sympathetic is awesome, that was what we were aiming for but weren't sure we'd accomplished, so...

thank you so much from both triv and me :DDD

And receiving your comment was an absolute pleasure! I particularly love that you found it wistful and "unfair", because that was the effect we were hoping for. Thank you so much from both trivialaffair and me ♥
