The xmas period just gone was slightly bizarre, but very cool in its own way.

Started with the annual trip to Centre Parcs, this time the Sherwood forest one, where we got trapped under the snow. But a it was a good place to get trapped under the snow

Evie's been doing that "growing" thing again, hasn't she? That red and green dress looks great on her!

Taoism - I've tried Googling to find out more about it, but I'm getting more confused rather than less. Whatever it is, it's clearly working for you. Any suggestions on where I should start reading to find out more?

The Tao of Pooh (and the follow up Te of Piglet) by Benjamin Hoff, is where I had my 'this is definitely for me' moment. Very good and light hearted overview of the essense of Taoism (or Daoism).

I'm also a big fan of Barefoot Doctor (Stephen Russell) who as well as writing about his brand of Taosim, called "Wayward Taoism", has some cracking meditatons and 'internal alchemy' exercises. The book that really shines for me is his "Handbook for Heroes" which started me on the path that has led me to D101 (and beyond ;) ).
