Welcome to the world the rest of us inhabit. It's not at odd at all. Well, it IS a bit odd for you.

Want to go fly? or eat the biscuits my mum sent me yesterday? or... something?

I could do. But perhaps if I start working on those three feet of scrolls for Charms, I might distract myself from how odd this all feels. I don't think I like this procrastination thing too much.

I can't imagine not having anything to say. Although, I have to say you're doing quite well saying things for someone with nothing to say. Plenty of people have plenty to say and don't say half as much, or as well.

I also can't imagine not procrastinating. Sometimes I go down to the greenhouse to check something and spend hours just looking at other plants so I don't have to do the boring monitoring thing.

Do whatever the hell you like, apart from what you're actually supposed to be doing. I'd say that's the best way of procrastinating that I can think of and trust me, I'm an expert.
