Some detentions are completely worth it....

I hope everyone enjoyed Hogsmeade weekend. I had a good time. Sadly the adorable black puppy who I was seen gallivanting around with in what some Slytherbints would surely deem a very unladylike manner but who gives a toss is not mine. His name is Aristotle and he belongs to my brother Sam. Those of you ( Read more... )

I wish I had seen you kicking Travers' ass. Then again, if I was there I'd have joined in the fight and be in detention too - but, like you said, it would be worth it.

I adore Aristotle. How can anyone not love that little sweetie?

I would have loved your help, sweet, but it's just as well. If it had been two against one it wouldn't have been a very fair fight.

I know! He's fantastic. Sam's so grumpy about him, but I think even the Resident Bell Family Crab can't help loving his puppy.

Depends on the crush and what sort of questions they would ask.

Well George, think about your crush. What kind of questions would they ask?

You had something to say, Veritylicious?

Darling? The former. Verity's lovely, but she does get a bit over-excited.

She does, doesn't she? I don't think she'll rest until we're all happily married off. Merlin help us.

Married? But that could be years and years away.

True enough. But do you really think that'll stop her?

Ooh, it was indeed a cute puppy. Sam is quite lucky, dogs are such loyal and loving pets.

And hmmm... I think I'd rather talk to my crush while on Veritaserum. Because I think that if I had a crush on someone I'd probably tell them sometime anyway, and besides, she may not know I have a crush and not ask about it. Though if someone had a crush on Verity it would amount to the same thing, wouldn't it?

I'm not sure Sam the Grumpy Prat deserves loyal and loving.

Yes, I think I'd want to be talking to my crush also. I love Tee, but I don't want her meddling in my love life, thanks. And, yes, if someone liked her it would be the same thing. But they don't have to admit that here. Do you like Verity?

Awww. His name is Aristotle? I want one!

Hmm. I'd rather be talking to my crush. They might not ask about it, and at any rate, if they found out, I'd rather it from me. And that stands for everyone who might poke their noses into my business, not just the lovely Verity Jenkins (who is at least, thank heavens, not malicious in the slightest.)

Question, how is Tee going to answer this?

Me too! My brother named him after the philosopher, of course. I hope he doesn't decide to add Plato and Socrates into the mix because he can barely handle the one puppy.

Agreed on the first part. However, there are people I'd rather have know about my crush than Verity. Love her dearly, but she's been a bit militant about making people love each other lately. Better her than Travers though.

She'll have to think theoretically. She's a Ravenclaw.
