Oh my gosh. I just walked through Professor Binns!!! Um... What should I do? I know it's really very rude, and I ought to go and apologise - but then wouldn't that be very untactful - because, you know, drawing attention to the fact that he's... well... dead? And some of the ghosts in Hogwarts really don't seem to like that being pointed out to them.
Our school is so weird.
Oh, and if I inferred correctly from all those singing flowers that have been following you all through breakfast - Happy Birthday, Adrian! I hope you have a nice day. Whoever sent you those flowers might be a little hurt if they knew you set them on fire as soon as you left the Great Hall, though. Are you sure that was the best way of dealing with it?
