So the media is saying Haman Karn killed Jamitov Hymem too, huh?

That's a lie. That's not what happened. I didn't actually see it, but I could sense it. There was too much betrayal in the air for Haman to have done it.

Don't listen to them. Jamitov was assassinated by Scirocco himself. I'm sure of it.

The things you miss when you're on a field trip to the moon...

Regardless of who pulled the trigger, it's going to be Scirocco who comes out on top of the Titans hierarchy, I'm sure of it. He has more resources and ambition than any of Jamitov's other lackeys, not to mention all the resources he brought back from Jupiter orbit.

We're going to have to keep him from solidifying his power after this...and Haman too, if we can. If either of them gets Gryps 2 in a position where they can use it...

He did that right after Jamitov was killed. On the battlefield.

Yeah, you don't need to tell me what will happen. We need to take Gryps 2 before either of them can use it.

If nothing else, I have to respect the man's speed.

Practically the entire Titans forces are going to concentrate on Gryps, I'm sure of it. This includes Scirocco's Jupitris. Add in the Axis forces, and even with all the GDF's resources, capturing it is going to be tricky...especially with the number of high-end units that just went missing.

Tricky, but not impossible. I'm sure Captain Bright can think of something. We've still got quite a few units left, even with GaoFighGar and Arondight and those other machines away.

Isn't Haman suspicious?!

I'm not saying she isn't.

Man, politics.
It hurts.
You really sure about this Kamille?

There really is no loyalty between the Titans, is there?

That's something I figured out a long time ago.

How worried should we be now with this Scirocco man in charge? I know he's not good news, but not a lot more other than that. TSAB didn't really deal with the Titans before, but this may have to change.

I don't know what his goals are. But he just offed a man he'd sworn an oath to. I think that says a lot about his ambition.

Does that matter? Do you think the Titans will act differently because of this?

If anything, they're going to get worse. Scirocco swore an oath to Jamitov and went back on his word. I don't even want to think about what a guy who'd do that might do if he seized the government or something.

Worse than shooting the earth with a giant colony laser? Because I thought that was what they were planning already.

What? No way, they'd never use Gryps 2 on Earth! Nearly all of the Titans are from Earth!

If anything, I trust what you're sensing, and if it's true, it means we have a complicated situation on our hands. Of course, it's never that simple in the first place.

It'd be nice if it was simple for a change.

Until then, we have to focus on the root of the problem and how to stop it.
