She's not really psychic, although there was the entire Bad Wolf thing, which she is meant to have forgotten (and since I made her a deviance that split off after The Age of Steel, I'm keeping it that way). But other characters have sensed that about her, like the werewolf in Tooth & Claw, so I'm not sure if that would be sensed in any way or not. Either way it's not anything active in her or that she's aware of in the long run, but it wouldn't be so weird for someone to comment on it, since characters have in the past, after the Bad Wolf stuff was wrapped up.
