700 calories, eep, and all of them fat, and most of that fat is bad-for-you saturated fat. I would venture to say that coconuts are pretty bad... it's almost like eating butter.

Nuts are dangerous too... they're small and unless you measure really carefully you can eat a lot of them! 1 serving of nuts is about 200 calories, and the serving is usually about 20 pieces. Try roasted soybeans instead... still pretty calorie dense, but they have less fat and more protein/fiber.
