I'm back from vacation, and it seems like getting away for a few days was exactly what I needed. I feel a lot more relaxed and refreshed, and as we head into the 4th quarter (the busiest time of the year for us folks in the game industry), I'm finding it easier to keep my focus on the tasks ahead

good luck with the exercise and dieting. based on pictures, it looked like you had lost a good deal of weight for a while. (i speak in the past tense because I don't recall seeing any photos of you from the present)

I started the year at 254, and got all the way down to 226 before I moved out to Arizona. I've gained some of it back, but I still look a lot better than I did.
