It's actually not really the title that does it, the assistant manager always told other employees to do things in a very bitchy and condenscending manner, as though they weren't doing these things because they were too stupid or lazy, rather than because they simply were unaware they needed doing. Now said AM is simply doing it with post-its, rather than face to face, which is even ruder, due to the lack of face to face and taking the mocking attitude to the entire store.
