Help, please?

I notice that some of you have your calendars showing on your journal post page. How did you get that set up? Did you do that with html in your journal customization or was it part of a pre-set style?

I go to (home or my user id page so I can see the full sidebar of LJ options then:

Customize Journal
Custom Options
Sidebars
there you can pick what shows up in which order in your side bar: calendar, friends list, most recent posts, etc.

I think the problem is probably that I don't have a paid account, so it doesn't give me that option to pick what I want in the sidebar. There are some custom styles that have it showing, though, so I may try one of those. Thanks for trying to help me, though!

I just picked a style and it appeared..

I notice you have a paid account, so your options may be different. I may try some of the styles available to me and see if one of them has what I'm looking for, though.

It came with the style I chose, as a sidebar option.

I'm not sure I have the same sidebar options since I am not on a paid account, but I'll look further at the ones available to me and see if there is one that has what I'm looking for.

I could be wrong, but I don't think a paid account has anything to do with it. It's just which type of layout you choose.
