Can someone please turn my mind off?

Another sleepless night.

I've been watching mindless tv and playing computer solitaire just to try to tire my mind out so that I can sleep. So far not working so well.

I finally managed to get to sleep about 2:30. Slept much better last night, probably due to the help of my allergy pill!

I hate tossing and turning all night, I try counting sheep, exercise before I go to bed, aroma therapy, but meditation always seems to help the best.

I've never tried meditation. Not sure I could get my mind to focus that much on nights like that anyway. I did sleep better last night, though.
