Well, it's a technique that was developed by a Russian scientist. It's very different than the Swedish massage that you usually get at a spa, but it is very beneficial for clearing the body of toxins and toning muscle. It's almost like getting a workout when you get one. I love doing them!

And that's why I love it so much...comments like that from clients when I am through...that I made them feel great. Soooooooo much better than handing them an insurance bill! lol

Wow, Russian sports require a massage all their own? Or is it Russians?

It's actually Russian Sports Massage and was developed by a Russian scientist many years ago. It is almost like your body getting a workout when you have it done, instead of the more relaxing Swedish massage. It helps rid the body of toxins by enhancing lymph flow and helps tone muscle. It's very invigorating. It's one of my favorite techniques that I've learned.

Yay for the A!
Congrats, I hope you have fun at the party. It sounds like a new version of a toga party.

Thank you! So far I know I have A's on everything except I don't know about Anatomy and that is the one that worries me most. If I make it on that one, though, I will maintain my 4.0 for graduation.

It is kind of like a toga party, except no sheets allowed. lol The host says we have to have a real costume. That is what I will be working on tonight and tomorrow now that I have all my finals out of the way!
