Stupid Dell...

Well, my computer kicked the bucket. Not sure how or why it died, but I can't turn the bugger on. I think one or two of the fans might have died. Hopefully that is all it is, because I just loaded all of my sister's France pictures onto my computer. If the whole thing is dead all her pictures will be lost because we hadn't gotten around to

Call Dell...they should be able to help you. Remember when they went nuts in the fall. They made everything better!

I called Dell...and the Dell guy made it all better for me :-D Well, sort of. He had me open the bugger up, pull wires out of different sockets, reattach wires, and eventually we figured out what the problem was. Something about cracked plastic on this heater thingy by this computer chip thingy next to this fan thingy inside my computer :-P I dunno...it looked like a lever fell off of a mini metal letter filer to me...but supposedly Dell fix-it man will be here on Friday to make things better. Lucky for me, my warranty is good for another 2 weeks. YAY :-)
