Cymbal’s Adventure Pt.1
I woke up by the ringing phone
It was asking for help
to fetch a Cymbal from a place half an hour away
Cause everyone was busy, and I was available
Yes I said,
and with my roommate,
by bus we went,
stopping once to buy snack.
I thought we only need to pick up the Cymbal
but we found an empty house
which is supposed to have someone waiting
took my phone and hit the dial
in the park we waited
for the owner, who rushed back
another half an hour time passed
finally, we found the Cymbal
and,
the phone rang again, saying
please fetch the Ampli nearby
and silenced am I
difficult it is
to find taxi in the rush hour
heavy it is
to hold a set of drum’s Cymbal
finally got the taxi,
fetched the Ampli,
and it was still rush hour
meaning in impossibility to find another taxi
so we had to walk to nearest bus stop (that is not even near)
with a not light Cymbal and Ampli in hands
our hands was already numb from the cold
and we still had to walk from the bus stop to our place
overall we spent almost FIVE hours to fetch two things
that initially can be finished within TWO hours
IF the owner has been notified that we are coming
IF it is considered that we are two females
and Cymbal PLUS Ampli are not two of the lightest thing
