La verdad es que lo de disfrazarse a mi no me va mucho, lo hacía en la escuela cuando era Carnaval y hacíamos desfilada por todo el pueblo! Menuda vergüenza! XDDD

Actually, Halloween is a tradition of USA so in Europe we don't celebrate it! ;)

The translation in English would be "The day of All Saints". The All Saints refers to the people that is dead. So yes, the tradition this day is to pay respect to de antecesors. Maybe like your Obon? ;D

Yeah, "El dia de Tots Sants" is similar Obon! We also go to visit our family graves and put flowers, and later we have lunch together with our family. But what one eats is different entirely as expected. LOL So I am looking forward to seeing photos that you take. XD ♪
Tomorrow I'll post a photo of the "panellets" that we ate in my family. They are typical of "el dia de Tots Sants" in Catalunya and Valencia only and are made with grinded almond, sugar, sweet potatoes (or a normal potatoes) and eggs. Then you decorate the outside of this mixture with pine kernel or soluble coffee or grated coconut or chocolate, etc. And put them into the oven fifteen minutes.
