Hi! Sorry, I should have asked before I friended you. (I've been lurking on Shiv's friends list for years.) The SCA-fellow-traveler aspect was a bit of a tipping point, but I actually decided to friend you based on the likelihood that you would steer me towards books I might enjoy reading, vague SCA references aside.

I do intend to take up the journal again, real soon now, and when I do it's likely to dwell on historic costuming, sewing in general, knitting and needlework, and maybe even some reading. Please feel free to friend in return if the subjects would interest you.
