eye twitching

My left eye keeps twitching. What does it mean? I know when I was young, I used to hear that if one eye is twitching (either right or left...I can't remember which?) it means good luck, and the other means bad luck. My left eye has been twitching all day yesterday and all day today. And still, nothing has happened yet, so I'm not sure if it

If you wear contacts like me, it might be an infection or irritation to your cornea. You might want to visit your optometrists.

allergies and / or dry eyes. since u had laser corrective surgery u need to lubricate your eyes. try a preservative free eye drop such as systane or optive.Have u been sneezing lately? try zaditor that is now otc or i can give u some samples from the office
