I'm 24 now!

So today was my birthday and I had to work. No one really knew it was my birthday and after all these years I am used to it. My birthday always occurs right as the holidays are wrapping up so I don't get any attention and I have learned to live with it.

Blarg! I forgot your birthday was so close! For some reason, I thought it was immediately before Christmas, not after. For the sake of me seeming like a jackass, I'm glad you've learned to live with it...

Not to fear, however. I shall send the present I mentioned in an earlier comment out first thing tomorrow. As long as you receive it in the same week, it is still a valid gift, right?

P.S., having been 24 for 5 months now, I can say that it's not much better than 23. I expect 25 to be the best ever, though!
