Oh, that! Well, yes, Yong Hwa character's here is a bit cold man, quite expressionless, and rough (back to the earlier chapters, you can feel how he really closed his heart to everyone). Being so warm to Seo Hyun just gave him a little bit confusion, what to do next is right or not. If he expresses this feeling will be bad impact or not, he's just not used to this kind of kindness upon someone. That's why. He tent to back off and restrained his feeling. He just needed more encouragement anyway LOL.
But the most important thing is, all he did is sincere ^___^

nooo this chapter isn't boring, trust me. a little bit heartbreaking when seohyun left yonghwa's home -- but thankfully she only lives next door -- and it seems like they're going to work together from now on OMG OMG me gusta. *spazz*

Yeah, actually Seo Hyun really affects Yong Hwa's personality after all the time :) And that's their ways to give each other the best. Not only as a neighbor, but also a friend, a relation, yet someone special :)
