Went back to tae kwon do on Tuesday. No permission from doctor, but I felt good enough to handle it. Was surprised by how much I remembered after the three-month hiatus. And by how little muscle pain I'm feeling after. I expected to be damn near hobbled, but in truth the worst of the aftermath is in my lungs. Whatever's wrong with my chest is ( Read more... ) -

Dung beetles.
The good news is that my killer cough I've had these past two weeks is not pneumonia. The bad news is that it IS Reactive Airways Disease. I have RAD.... heh. As the doctor explained it to me, it starts with a virus, and you have a bit of a sore throat for a couple days, and then the virus moves into your lungs and you start coughing. And just to continue the weird dreams subject, last night - or actually this morning, since I'd already woken up and fallen back asleep - I dreamed about vampires. LOTS of vampires. I have weird dreams. Mostly what makes them weird is that they tend to center around completely mundane things, yet happen in the most not-mundane of ways. So on Friday I went malling with Em. I spent too much money on a crazy impulse spree at B&BW. Seriously, you'd think after working there for a year and a half I'd be able to resist. But no.
