That may be the best plan I've ever heard to solve the US's problems abroad! Well thought out...covers all the angles.

To bad all the people running our country also run, or own considerable stock in the multi-national conglomerates that make billions off of oil deals with those countries! Hell, they'd lose billions if the price of oil dropped to $10 a barrel. So I guess it makes sense for those few on the top, with untold millions already, to keep oil pricey.
