sub-lease anyone?

hey all! My roommate and I are trying to find someone to sub-lease our apartment from mid-may to the end of july. We're both moving somewhere else (not together) and do not need to be wasting our money here over the summer, but can't get out of our lease without sub-leasing. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located on Buffington Ave.
