Staying well inside. Today is not a day for crowd baths. (Also, no concert I want to see this year.)

*nods* Based on my experience with a broken collarbone, I'd suggest moving it to the limits of comfortable range of movement regularly, but no load and no "reps", in order to keep the tendons and ligaments as limber as possible. Muscle tone will be easier to rebuild.

I hope it goes well, and I hope you're sleeping better than I did.
