Been back to work since July 2. Had to home early the end of that week, and realised five days was too much, so took Wednesdays off the next couple of weeks to help recover - which did the trick nicely

As for the power supply issue -- why is it soooooo hard to get customer service like this? With enough responses like that, that particular company can probably cut their advertising budget by half or more -- word of mouth from customers like you will make conventional advertising unnecessary. :-)
I also *strongly* suspect that no fat/large multinational would ever do such a thing -- it would be too expensive for them. Methinks this is yet another argument for some active trust-busting -- by the UN, as *no* individual nation, not even the US, can hope to cut most multinational conglomerates down to size.
