I've been a bad LJer of late, not reading my flist, and even more not posting. I still have photos from America to share!
Also, there are a couple of memes I plan to do. So, one big post of ramble it is then.

Scott Pilgrim! and the something someting

I've read all of the Scott Pilgrim comics, and I have to say the entire series is great, although it's definitely not something I'd like at first glance. Scott first comes across as a massive douche in the beginning (so much so that I really didn't feel like reading the 2nd volume, but my damn brain persisted).

I have to say though that the 4th volume was my favourite since that's when it shows Scott changing from lazy douchey Scott to a different, improved Scott. And volumes 5 & 6 only expand on this, making the end even better. And yes, the fact that they keep mentioning Wallace is gay (not mentioning the fact he can act stereotypically gay at times) gets old, but the comic tends to tone it down towards the end (since it's not about Wallace, unfortunately, but about Scott Pilgrim). If you want, I can email you the last two if you want, although you may miss the comic book smell.

Yeah, I'm halfway through volume 4 atm and Scott is starting to be less douchy.

Trust me, it gets better from 4 onwards. The end makes reading the previous five comics very satisfying. I can't wait for the new film!

Also, yay or nay for the last two comics?
