Summary: Little Jaejoong was afraid of demon at night.
It's short and not humour this time, but attempt on romance (I think), I hope it didn’t turned out to be bad.

“Kids, let me tell you all a story which was rumored to be true, but I’m not sure if it’s true or not. It was said that a demon would randomly pick children who are naughty, and it will come at night to visit the children when they were sound asleep. Before it comes, there’ll be the sound “ding, ding, ding” 12 times before the demon revealed itself in front of the kids. Then……”
The pretty teacher was telling a story to the class and all the kids are obediently listening to it, including little Jaejoong and little Yunho who were holding hands, sitting together on the carpet.
“Yunnie, do you think the demon will come and look for us?” Little Jaejoong turned to look at little Yunho and asked in uncertainty and at the same time worriedly.
Little Yunho raised his eyebrows, “Joongie, why did you think so?”
“I…… I broke mommy’s vase yesterday. Joongie is a naughty boy.” Little Jaejoong said guiltily.
“No, Joongie. You are an obedient boy. By the way, you have me here with you. There’s nothing that can hurt you.” Little Yunho tightened his grasp on little Jaejoong’s hand.
Little Jaejoong was still afraid but he felt relieved after listening to little Yunho’s words.
He nodded and gave an adorable smile, “Yunnie, you are the best! Can you sleep over at my house today?” Little Jaejoong asked, although he knew Yunnie would agreed anyway.
Little Yunho smiled and patted on his head, “Of course.”

“Ok, you two be nice and sleep now, good night.” Mrs. Kim pulled the blanket over the two boys who were now lying on the bed, both wearing pajamas.
Then, Mrs. Kim switched off the lights and leave little Jaejoong’s room.
In the dark, little Jaejoong leaned closer to little Yunho and asked, “Yunnie, if the demon really comes, would you protect me?”
“Yes, Joongie, I will protect you, no matter how.” Little Yunho swore whole-heartedly with a serious facial expression which made little Jaejoong laughed.
Little Jaejoong laughed while lifted up his round and chubby hands to pinch little Yunho’s face, “Don’t make a serious face like that, you look like my father.”
Little Yunho pouted at his statement, “I don’t want to be your father.”
“Oh, then Yunnie is my best friend ever!” Little Jaejoong said cheerfully, he was very proud to have little Yunho as his best friend.
Little Yunho did not make any response but just stared at little Jaejoong.
“Yunnie.” Little Jaejoong felt weird and he stopped laughing, waving his hand in front of little Yunho.
Little Yunho took his hand down and pulled it under the blanket, “Let’s sleep, it’s getting late. You won’t want to catch a cold.”
“Ok, good night, Yunnie.” Jaejoong nodded and gave a quick peck on little Yunho’s cheek before he snuggled himself into the warm embrace which was always available for him. Little Yunho chuckled at little Jaejoong’s childish behaviour, but he loved it!
When little Yunho was sure that little Jaejoong had fallen to deep sleep, he leaned forward and gave a quick peck on little Jaejoong’s slight apart lips.
“I don’t want to be your best friend, Joongie. I like you.” He whispered near little Jaejoong’s ear and then he held him more tightly before he closed his eyes and get asleep.
What little Yunho did not know was, little Jaejoong opened his eyes after he had fallen asleep and whispered “I like you too.” near his ears too.
On the small single bed, two little boys were sound asleep hugging each other with contented smiles on their face. Probably, they were meeting each other in their dreams, who knows?
