Great idea! I think all of the blue states should not have to be drafted unless they want to and of course let the red states go to "war".

The idea is to bring the old states rights vs federal law thing back into it, and basically cause shit. There's actually a lot of laws that conflict, like Prop 217 (Medical Marijuana), and in some cases medical marijuana users have been prosecuted by the DEA.
