Resolutions Update - Dec 2020

I only wrote 4 resolutions updates in 2020 and I think this didn't help me....

1. Log my food with the SHYE Coach App - hm, i gave up on this somewhere in the year, and my weight steadily increased...
2. No Drinking at home, option to have a drink if I am out wtih others - failed on this, drinking increased throughout the year, and again, led to my weight gain....
3. Exercise each day - run / walk / yoga / physio exercises / 7min Workout - I'll keep this on green - i did a lot of yoga and walking this year, and found a good massage therapist, less backaches, but more to do in 2021
4. Blog once a week at least - U started the year well, then fell behind...
5. Read 100 Books during the year - Read 123 books, highest since before kids - reading kept me sane...
6. Take the Neil Gaiman Masterclass - i listened to 2 lessons....
