I sincerely hope not. I believe that Labour have dine themselves no favours over the economy and their reckless legislating, the Conservatives don't seem to have thought their manifesto through properly (and have revealed a worrying homophobic streak recently), and the Liberal Democrats don't have enough support to command a majority.

My bet is on a hung parliament and a low turnout. Hopefully that will shake the politicos awake and realise that the world outside Westminster does actually matter.

Basically where no one party holds an outright majority, so the leading party either have to tough it out as a minority government, form a coalition government with a smaller party (most likely the Lib Dems), or dissolve parliament again and have another election.
