I forgot to mention I am very worried about what Blake has in store for Nick, well what he hopes to have in store for Nick, knowing that Nick is a virgin, looks like the achieved what they set out to do.
I had an extremely coherrant comment that LJ just ate up and than my laptop went poof. ::headdesk::
I think it was the intensity of the scene that may have done it, lol. While I'm not normally into the pairings in this story, I seem to be biting the bullet so to speak this weekend.
I found I actually enjoyed reading. Getting caught up in everyone's head space so to speak. Its interesting to see each of the guys stumble in their own way and reach this point in the investigation.
Sarah for some reason just cracks me up with her eagerness, and yeah okay, a pissed off Catherine is just plain amusing. Even if she thinks she's doing what she thinks is best.
Ah, I have much experience in posts going poof at the moment! LJ seems determined to really, really annoy me at the moment, and I know it's the servers - or whatever the official reason was! - but it still deserves a finger of doom to be waved in its general direction. And possibly a bit of a sulk.
Glad to hear that you're enjoying the story, and I have to say some of the pairings are a bit new to me too - they just seemed to fit, although I did blink a bit when I was busy writing things up. I haven't really done many things with Greg before now, although that sounds slightly like I'm planning to do normal, mundane things with him - perhaps I should get him to empty the dishwasher... *ponder*
...okay, that was random. My apologies!
Speaking of Greg, there's some further activity for the next chapter, so hopefully the hotness will increase! ^^ Or at least, certainly the mess involved!
I have been following this since the beginning, but haven't commented as I am too enamored of the entire piece so far. You've done a really nice job with each of the characters and their personalities; your depth is great. I can't wait to read more!
There are some words and phrases that wouldn't be in American vernacular, but it's very understandable.
It's really interesting and a great story with huge depth. Although it is difficult to read because of each person's intimate personal struggle, it's brilliant.
Thank you for all of the intrinsic insight. And I understand that you really love the characters! Cheers!
