I'm pretty sure if you dumped ice water on yourself as well I would buy it. Probably not a theory that needs testing though :)

It seems to me that you need to get away. To go somewhere/do something that is out of your normal cycle. For example if you never go hiking, go for a hike.. or if you don't see someone often, hang out with them *hint*

I can tell you I feel the same way, though I haven't escaped this stagnat shell of mine. It's gets alfulwly draining when you have either work or school each day.

Now with the whole watter thing I can't say what I would do, never happend. But I think I would be mad at you untill you pour watter on yourself. I could say more on the "Aftermath" that would happen in my little brain senrio but it is futile since it never happend.
