infact .. i use my own ringing tone.. the same one since 3 phones ago..
so i WONT be downloading ringing tone....

YES! I also kena charged and they said it's "Sybase365"... SP Hotline 68364430.... all CRAPS!!! I called singtel and demand for refund. They said they will help me mediate... if the service provider never call me within 5 days to explain and justify, i'll call Singtel and demand for refund!!!!!

These scam artists send messages like this to random handphone numbers so that they can get money from the unsuspecting owners. Here in the UK Oftel (the telecoms regulator) is making it difficult for these organisations to get money out of people, but it still goes on. Hope you can get your money back.

some ppl send to CASE
and starhub waive everything off.. when they receive the CASE letter
not sure about singtel ...
