Thanks for the offer... luckily, it turned out to be scattered showers rather than a monsoon. I need to throw out a bunch of papers (fortunately, nothing critical) and do a bunch of laundry today, but other than that things are under control.

I bet it is the same people I lived below a few years back. I woke up to go to the bathroom and the hallway was a river. But we got our full deposit back that year, maybe you will too?
