Happy Father's Day

Today is Father's Day, two days after my Dad's birthday. I sent him up some gifts with my uncle and aunt when they were down, and amazingly, he called me at 1030 last night to thank me and said he really liked them.
My dad hates every gift I ever gave him. I feel so .. accomplished. I mean, it was nothing to speak of. A box set of Clint Eastwood

i am glad that someone else's dad also gets shafted in the father's day/birthday situation.

....it is terribly convenient for gift buying though.
