Haha, welcome to America asshole. It is ridiculous and frankly there is no reason a prosecutor should have even gone after him. I heard today on a radio show that he's going to be released with time served on judges order.

the fucked up thing is that with the shit he has now seen and learned in jail there is a much greater chance this kid may actually become a real criminal. poor kid.

not to mention a felony conviction and jail time/probation. he can't vote, can't own a firearm, can't travel abroad. he's basically screwed for life unless someone steps up and helps him (fat chance). your tax dollars at work. this country is getting off the hook.

I read about this not 30 seconds ago on bbc news. Absolutely mind blowing. But not entirely surprising. He is black after all...
And I wouldn't be surprised if she was white.

well as she was a minor and is technically a victim she remains "unidentified" it has been verified that she is white. i knew that from the jump of course, i mean who goes around blowing people on camera? the "girls gone wild effect" can land you in trouble

I try to see things from others' perspective but I honestly cannot imagine what it is like to think that such a thing ought to be punishable...and what it must be like to be a prosecutor putting time, effort, and resources into prosecuting people like this. It is insane.
