How do you run a company for 15+ years and then respond to a 6 day old email - a first draft of a document - outlining the changes that you want made to said document when they've been already been made and emailed to you 24 hours prior, having been discussed at length in a nearly 2 hour long meeting? Not to mention 5 revisions of the document
