I really love going from tree pose, then down to toe stand.

You're right!--there are so many asanas that I love, it's hard to name a favorite.

Recently, I have really been into arm balances.
My abdominals are kind of weak, so it's a good way to strengthen them.

I think I really enjoy Crow!!
Have you tried it?

Hehe... well it is not part of my regular astanga practice, I have to admit (I am pretty sure it is part of the bikram routine, as a variation of the tree pose), but I loved since the first time, so sometimes I practice it :)

Keep me informed about your progresses :D

That looks difficult! :o

I haven't been to a proper yoga class for ages :o We don't really do that kind of pose in the class I attended. I'm trying to get back into yoga now though - got a yogalates video for my birthday :D

As I explained earlier, I think it is a bikram variant of the tree pose.
I don't have it in my Astanga serier either, but I like to try asanas that I feel challenging, or beautiful, or useful, or all this things together :)

(And I don't give a **** about Bikram copyDUMBright about his asanas.. HAH!)

Namaste ^_^
