what the bleep is bogus. it's kind of sad... that tons of people are attracted to this sort of thing as an escape from every day life (myself included), that so many people believe such information because they don't do their research, that the film producers are allowed to produce it without disclaimers, that there actually are some good messages

You can't quit! It is the competition, pressure, preparation that make you so good. They are how you improve! You just have to find a balance between doing everything you want! Hope all is well!

yeah... I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I'll finish out the season and then see how I'm feeling... it's so up and down! But I feel better now so I'll just go with it...
